Refund policy

Don't love it? We'll refund you.
If you're not happy with your Black Panther Strong purchase, tell us within 30 days of delivery and we'll refund it. Opened and used products are fine, and sale items qualify too.

Keep it. No need to send it back.

How to request a refund: Email info@blackpantherstrong.com with your order number and the product you'd like refunded. You don't need to give a reason, but we always want to hear what didn't work for you.

What's refunded: The price of the product. Original shipping charges are not refunded.

When you'll get your money: Once approved, your refund goes back to your original payment method. Your bank may take a few business days to post it.

Damaged or wrong item: Email us a photo and your order number within 30 days of delivery and we'll replace it or refund it.
